The SPAR 365 Standards Customer Care Award, held in association with the Excellence Ireland Quality Association (EIQA), was presented to Fitzpatrick’s New Lodge for outstanding industry excellence following a year of comprehensive inspections, visits from mystery shoppers and audits.

John Harrison, Store Manager said “We are delighted to accept the award which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our staff. The Spar 365 Standards Customer Care Award  is not only a mark of pride for our store and staff, but more importantly it lets our customers know that we are leaders in the field”.
