Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) – Our New Machine Is Now Fully Operational!

We’re delighted to announce that our new, Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) machine is now fully up and running at SPAR Fitzpatrick’s New Lodge.

This new unit is larger, faster, and more accessible — making it even easier for the Monasterevin community to recycle eligible bottles and cans.

How to Return Your Bottles and Cans:

Bring your eligible plastic bottles and aluminium/steel cans (150ml–3L) with the Re-turn logo.
Insert them into the DRS machine.
Collect your refund voucher, redeemable at the SPAR New Lodge till for cash or against your purchase.

Support Breast Cancer Research While Recycling

You can also donate your bottles to our in-store charity bottle bin.
All proceeds continue to go directly to Breast Cancer Research, helping fund vital research and local support services.
